Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 17 Aug until Sun 11 Oct 2026; subject to availability.
• All classes start W/C 17 Aug and run for 8 or 9 weeks. First class must be taken by W/C 14 Sep to ensure all classes can be taken.
• First class must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Mon 7 Sep 2026 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• Online bookings only. 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking. 
• Suitable for ages 7+. Courses have specific age ranges indicated on the programme.
• Includes 3 classes per person. Classes must be from the same course and be consecutive.
• 2 & 3 person options: All individuals must take the same 3 class block of the same course.
• Courses are subject to availability; book in advance to secure a place on your preferred course.
• Duration approx. 1hr 30mins per class.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
