Small print

• Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Aug 2020 until Sun 20 Dec 2020, Mon 10am-5pm, Wed 9.30am - 5pm, Thur 9.30am - 6pm and Sun 10am - 2pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Tue and Fri - Sat.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 4 Dec 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Option 2: Back massage is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is not suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. Medical approval is needed for sufferers of osteoporosis, asthma, cancer, epilepsy, deep vein thrombosis, diabetes, heart conditions, HIV or AIDS.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with the salon.
• Option 1: Treatment duration: approx. 30 minutes.
• Option 2: Treatment duration approx 1 hour.
• Treatment times include consultation and aftercare advice.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
