• Voucher is valid until 31st Jan 2014, Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm; subject to availability.
• Vouchers must be booked by 10th Jan 2014 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Voucher excludes 18th-26th Dec & 30th Dec-2nd Jan.
• Members should arrive 5 mins prior to their appointment time.
• Max of two vouchers can be redeemed per person; multiple vouchers can be purchased as gifts.
• Product contains 0% peroxide and is self administered.
• Over 18s only.
• Treatment will take approx 50 mins (treatment plus 10mins consultation)
• Results can last up to 6 months, however, these vary depending on lifestyle, maintenence & after care.
• Treatment will clean dental restorations, natural teeth will see a greater change in shade. Braces must be removed at least 4 weeks in advance of treatment.
• Members will receive 33% off any full price beauty treatments from Smiles Beauty Clinic (sister company located on site), excluding teeth whitening and products and cannot be used with any other promotion.

• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
