Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 15 Sept 2017 until Wed 8 Nov 2017, 7 days, 11am – 8pm; subject to availability.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Nov 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.
• Refunds or rebookings are not offered if members decides not to complete an activity.
• Multiple purchases permitted.
• Suitable for ages 7+.
• Option 1 duration: approx. 1 hr; activities must be chosen at time of booking
• Option 2 duration: approx. 1 hr 30mins.
• All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).
• Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.
• Due to the varying ages and abilities on the session, only one round on each chosen activity is permitted.
• Max of 8 people per group.  
• Moderate fitness level required.
• Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.
• Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone)
• Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
