  • The venue underwent an extensive £2.3 million refurbishment in 2017, and was recently taken over by the team behind The Paper Mill
  • Located in the heart of Penicuik, surrounded by beautiful countryside and just a few miles from Edinburgh
  • Dating back to 1885, the stunning venue sits in leafy gardens and was originally owned by eminent zoologist James Cossar Ewart, famed for his pioneering genetic work with zebras!
