- The restaurant has a huge focus on local brands and produce, finding the tastiest ingredients to create an incredible menu
- The venue underwent an extensive £2.3 million refurbishment in 2017, and was taken over by the team behind The Paper Mill in 2019
- Located in the heart of Penicuik, surrounded by beautiful countryside and just a few miles from Edinburgh
- Dating back to 1885, the stunning venue sits in leafy gardens and was originally owned by eminent zoologist James Cossar Ewart, famed for his pioneering genetic work with zebras!
Small print
- Voucher is valid from Fri 1 Jan 2021 until Thur 30 Dec 2021, Sun - Thur 9am - 10pm and Fri - Sat 9am - 12midnight; subject to availability.
- Excludes 14 Feb 2021.
- Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
- You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
- Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
- Max of 3 vouchers per table. Max of 1 voucher per couple per visit.
- Voucher spend is valid across all menus; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full no change will be given.
- Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
- Includes 2 x 125ml glasses of Prosecco; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
