Small print

• Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2024 until Mon 30 Sep 2024, Mon - Thu 12noon - 7:30pm, Fri - Sun 12noon - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Voucher must be booked by Mon 23 Sep 2024 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table and max party size of 4. No parties larger than 4 will be accepted.
• Choose a starter and main or main and dessert from the main menu; subject to change. 
• Excludes prawns, smoked haddock mornay, ribeye steak, slow braised beef and lamb.
• Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 2 hours during busy periods. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted in restaurant only.
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Itison bookings will be staggered and only 1 will be accepted per booking slot so please book early if you want a specific date and time.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
