• General:
• Voucher is valid from Thu 9 Feb until Wed 31 May 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 14 Feb & 19 Mar 2023.
• Option 1: Voucher must be booked by Wed 17 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Option 2: Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• No children or pets permitted.
• No wheelchair access available
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.

• Spa access
• Spa package available 7 days from 9am-1pm OR 1pm-5pm; subject to availability.
• Includes 25min back, neck and shoulder massage each, 3 hours of use of the leisure facilities including pool and £10pp lunch allowance.
• Over 16s only.
• Maximum of 2 vouchers per booking. It may not be possible for all guests to receive their treatments at the same time; times will be allocated as close together as possible; subject to availability.
• Some of the treatments offered are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Please inform spa if you have any concerns.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Overnight stay:
• Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.
• Standard double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £10 prpn; payable directly.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £50 prpn including breakfast; please discuss and pay directly.
• Includes £20pp to use towards the main menu on one night. Menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.
• Includes a welcome drink of Prosecco or a soft drink on arrival.
