Small print

• Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Tue - Fri 10am - 4pm, Sat and Sun 10am - 11am and 2pm - 4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 
• Excludes Mondays, 17-24 Jan and 14 Feb 2022.
• Voucher must be booked at least 24hrs in advance and by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Max of 3 vouchers per table. 
• Main courses from the Eggs, Kitchen's Pieces, French Toast, Croquettes or Small plates menu; subject to change.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Option 2: Includes a choice of hot or soft drink. Excludes hot chocolate, ice cream shakes, beers and wines.
• Table required back after 2 hours. 
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
