• Voucher is valid until Fri 16 Dec 2016, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Dec 2016 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check in 3pm, check out 1pm.
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge of £60 per room per night for B&B only; please discuss with and pay directly to hotel.
• Set menu only and is subject to change; excludes steak and lamb.
• Free parking available.
• Children ages 2 – 12 yrs are permitted; children can be accommodated in total head count if accompanied by an adult, or as an additional occupant on a fold out bed at a cost of £15 per child; payable directly to hotel. Max of 1 child.
• Babies aged 0 – 2 can be accommodated in a cotbed at an additional cost of £10. The hotel has 3 cotbeds and all are subject to availability. Each room can accommodate maximum 1 child's bed OR 1 cotbed.
• Dogs are permitted (no charge); max of 2 dogs.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
