• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Dec 2023 until Fri 29 Mar 2024, Mon-Tue & Thu 9.30am - 2pm, Wed & Fri 9.30am - 5.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sat-Sun, 23-27, 30-31 Dec 2023 & 1-5 Jan 2024.
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only. 
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 per group; subject to availability.
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 
• Please discuss any health concerns directly .
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments. 
• Wheelchair access available. 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
