Small print

• Voucher is valid until 23rd Dec 2015 7 days a week (limited availability on Sat); subject to availability.
• Voucher excludes: 11th, 14th-17th, 21st, 23rd, 25th-26th Sept, 10th, 16th-17th, 23rd, 31st Oct, 5th Nov and 4th-5th, 11th-12th, 18th-19th Dec 2015.
• Vouchers must be booked by 6th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted and can be used for a max of 4 consecutive night stays, stays can also be extended for an additional charge. Please discuss with the hotel directly. 
• Check in 2pm, check out 11am. Option 3 check out time is 12 noon.
• Free car parking.
• Standard double/twin rooms.
• Members can upgrade to an Executive room for £20 per room per night - supplement to be paid direct to the hotel.
• Max 2 children permitted - upgrade to a family room required for an additional £10 per room, per night. Children are classed as under 14 years old, meals paid for as taken - discuss with hotel. 
• Dinner includes 3 courses from the table d'hôte or bar menu up to the value of £25pp. You will be required to pay the difference for any additional over spend. Menu is subject to change and availability. 
• Option 2 & 3 includes a bottle of wine with a choice of red, white or rose. Wine can be placed in room on arrival or can be taken with dinner, please arrange with hotel directly at time of booking.
• Pets permitted, max 2 dogs in a family room.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
