• Voucher is valid from Fri 28 Oct 2016 until Mon 30 Jan 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 21 Dec 2016 – 4 Jan 2017.
• Please note a supplementary charge of £10 per night is required for Friday and Saturday night stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 
• Double or twin standard room available. 
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Free on street parking available.
• Children are permitted, children are classed as aged 12 and under; max of 1 child per family room at no additional cost; subject to availability, please discuss with hotel direct.
• Pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £7.50 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel; max of 1 pet. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
