• Voucher is valid from Mon 23 Oct 2017 until Fri 30 Mar 2018, Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday, Sunday and 25 Dec 2017 - 3 Jan 2018.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 28 Feb 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Please note whitening only option is only suitable if scale and polish has been carried out in the past 6 months.
• Over 18’s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• Treatment may suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission; please discuss directly with the clinic.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with clinic.
• Patients must be dentally fit to have the treatment, if the examination showed up decay in teeth or gum disease this would need to be addressed before treatment could be carried out.
• Please note tooth whitening will only work on natural teeth and will not work on dentures, veneers, crowns, bridges or fillings.
• Tooth whitening includes custom made tooth whitening trays. After initial consultation and impressions for the trays a return appointment is required for airflow+scaling and fit. Trays must then be worn for 14 nights.
• Results may vary and depending upon lifestyle can last for up to one year.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
