Small print

• Voucher is valid until Wed 31 Aug 2022, Mon - Thu; subject to availability.
• Excludes Fri - Sun and 15 - 18 Apr 2022. 
• Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am. 
• Apartment A: Includes a super king and a king bedroom.
• Apartment B: Includes a super king, king and double bedroom. Please note this apartment can sleep up to 8 for a supplementary charge of £50pppn, payable directly; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.
• Children are permitted and included in the headcount.
• Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 for apartment A and £30 for apartment B; payable directly to hotel
• No wheelchair access available 
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
