1 night stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Oct until Wed 21 Dec 2022, Wed - Sun check-ins only. Excludes Monday and Tuesday check-ins.

2 night stays: Voucher is valid from Tue 4 Oct until Wed 21 Dec 2022, Tue- Sun check-ins only. Excludes Monday check-ins.

Vouchers must be booked at least two weeks in advance and by Thu 1 Dec 2022 (we don't want you to miss out!)

Jan - Mar stays

1 night stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Wed - Sun check ins only. Excludes Monday and Tuesday check-ins.

2 night stays: Voucher is valid from Wed 4 Jan until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Tue - Sun check-ins only.

Excludes Monday check-ins. Voucher must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance by Wed 1 Mar 2023 (we don't want you to miss out!)

General

All stays are subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 10am.

Apartment A: Includes a super king and a king bedroom. Sleeps up to 4 people.

Apartment B: Includes a super king, king and double bedroom.  Sleeps up to 8 people.

Includes a 2 course dinner each on one night from a set menu; subject to change. Pre orders are required for groups of 6-8 people; organised directly.  Max of 4 vouchers per table. 

Please note that dining is unavailable on a Monday & Tuesday. Vegetarian, dairy free and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. Children are welcome in the restaurant until 8pm.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Children are permitted and included in the headcount.

Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £25 for apartment A and £30 for apartment B; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
