• From Aviemore only - Voucher is valid from Wed 30th Mar 2016 until Sat 18th Jun 2016, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays only (12.30pm & 2.45pm services from Aviemore only); subject to availability.
• Excludes all Sun-Tue & Fri. Excluded dates: 9th April; 28th May 2016
• Reservations must be made by Fri 27th May 2016 or you risk forfeiting your voucher.
• Under 5s Travel Free. Child age is 5 – 15 year olds. Adults 16+
• Family Ticket Permits 2 Adults and up to 3 Children to Travel.
• Duration: 90 minutes.
• The Aviemore Station Platform is wheelchair accessible from the Strathspey Railway's free car park. The vintage carriages are regrettably not accessible for wheelchair users. If less able visitors can take a few steps to the seating areas, station staff and guards will be readily available to offer assistance.
• Wheelchair accommodation on board is limited to Guard’s Van – a smaller area of the main carriage set where wheelchair users can remain in wheelchairs throughout the trip along our line, with a very limited number of seats available for family, friends and carers.
• Station staff and guard staff will be available to assist any visitors who may be restricted to travelling in the Guard’s Van. Unfortunately, there no disabled access to toilets on board the heritage carriages.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Dogs are welcome aboard all areas of the train, excluding Dining and First Class Areas. (No charge for dogs)
• Departures valid from Aveimore only. Customers can get off at a station and return on later train if they wish but must ensure they have referred to the Timetable for suitable times and to ensure there is a later train available. Time table here.
• Under normal circumstances, and except otherwise shown, the schedule of the steam hauled trains will be as indicated on the Timetable page of our website. However, the company reserves the right to use diesel power if necessary and to alter, suspend or cancel the timetable in whole or in part without any notice.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
