Small print

• Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2016 until Tue 31 Jan 2017, Sun - Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturday and 29 – 31 Dec 2016 and 1 Jan 2017.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 9 Jan 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!)
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am. 
• Option 1: one bedroom apartment; sleeps two.
• Option 2: two bedroom apartment; sleeps up to four.
• Option 3: two bedroom penthouse; sleeps up to four.
• Maximum room occupancy applies to all rooms (no more than 2 people in 1 bedroom or 4 people in 2 bedroom).
• Children permitted and included in the overall headcount.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Sorry, no parking available.
• No single sex parties of six or more.
• Parties of 3 or more will be required to provide a deposit on arrival of £100 per night by pre-authorisation of a debit or credit card. This will be released, less any damage charges on departure.
• Sorry, no pets permitted.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
