• Voucher is valid from Tue 29 Aug 2023 until Thu 30 Nov 2023, Tue - Wed 10am - 5pm, Thu - Fri 10am - 6pm and Sat 9am - 5pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon.
• Voucher must be booked by Thu 16 Nov 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Option 1: Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission.
• Options 2 - 4: Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. Please note HydraFacial isn't suitable for people with Shellfish, honey or aspirin allergies.
• Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions.
• Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.
• Treatment Duration: Option 1 - 20mins. Options 2 & 3: 1 or 2 x 30min treatments. Option 4: 30 mins or 1hr.
• Patch test required for brow treatments; please discuss direct.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
