- Queso fundido - homemade Artisan style Jack cheese fondue with garlicky roasted peppers, and chorizo served with corn tortilla chips
- Crazy corn - grilled corn on the cob smothered with a crumbly cheese and chili, lime butter
- 6oz flat iron steak - marinated in house barbacoa rub and served with a side of peanut mole
- Camerones a la plancha - King prawns grilled with agave syrup, lime juice and a garlic, chilli butter
- Pescado empapelado - Oaxacan baked haddock fillet served with a red pepper mole
- Chipotle honey ribs - dry rubbed smokey pork ribs with a chipotle chilli honey glaze
- Mexican slaw - jalapeno, chipotle and lime slaw
