• Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Apr 2022 until Thu 30 Jun 2022; subject to availability.
• Option 1: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 7pm, Thu 9am - 8pm and Sat - Sun 9am - 12.30pm.
• Option 2: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed & Fri 9am - 7pm and Thu 9am - 8pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Options 3 and 4: Valid Mon - Tue 9am - 5pm, Wed 9am - 8pm and Thu - Fri 9am - 7pm. Excludes Sat - Sun.
• Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 May 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. Please note a £10 charge applies for cancellations within 24hrs and no shows.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 16’s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 2 people; subject to availability. Please discuss directly with salon.
• Options 1 - 3: Treatments inc: Swedish back, neck & shoulder massage; oriental head massage; file & gel polish on fingers or toes; hand & arm exfoliation with mask & massage and foot scrub with mask & massage. Treatment duration: approx. 25 - 30 mins.
• Option 4: Includes a 25 min back massage, 30 min express facial, 30 min oriental head massage and a 30 min foot scrub and massage.
• Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding and for cancer sufferers/those in remission if discussed and approved by GP.
• Please discuss any further health concerns directly with Park West.
• Use of facilities is not included.
• No wheelchair access available.
• Advance booking required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
