• Voucher is valid until 23rd Dec 2015; valid 7 days, subject to availability
• Excludes: 1-3, 8-9, 16 Oct & 13-14 Nov 2015
• Voucher must be booked by 13th Nov 2015 or you risk forfeiting your voucher 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted, max of 4 vouchers pp; multiple vouchers can be used for consecutive nights stay; subject to availability
• Stay can be extended subject to availability please discuss directly with hotel
• Check in 3pm, late check out 12 noon
• Standard double or twin rooms available upgrade to family (£20 supplement per room per night) or 4 poster room (£30 supplement per room per night) 
• Children permitted; family room supplement £20 per room per night; family room accommodates max of 2 children; children 12yrs and under stay free of charge and pay for meals as taken when sharing with 2 adults in a family room; no childcare facilities
• Pets permitted, £10 supplement per dog; max 2 dogs
• Free parking
• Option 1: Includes 'Scream tea' on arrival (A pot of tea or coffee and a scone with cream jam or butter) – served between 4-6pm plus a Ghost tour from 9:30pm
• Options 2 & 3: Bottle of wine in room on arrival – choose between red or white – please advise at the time of booking. Dinner is 3 courses from the table d'hote menu which is subject to change
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers
