Taking your pick from an array of authentic dishes, all made using the very best locally sourced ingredients and traditional produce from Italy, you’ll enjoy four exemplary courses, all washed down with a sparkling glass of Prosecco – bellissimo!
- Tomato scarpetta
- Squid ink arancini with prawn filling, served with aioli and toasted fennel seeds
- Venison Crudo: cubed raw venison with olive oil, parsley, orange zest, shaved pecorino and capers
