Small print

• Voucher is valid from Fri 14 Apr until Sat 11 Nov 2023, Sun - Thu 12noon - 4pm - 9pm and Fri - Sat 12noon - 3.30pm; subject to availability. 
• Please note that voucher excludes 4pm - 7pm on SEC concert/event days.
• 24 hour advance booking must be made by Fri 27 Oct 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Online bookings only. No walk-ins permitted.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person.
• Includes 2 courses each from the evening menu; subject to change. Includes a glass of Prosecco each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.
• A supplementary charge is required per person for the following: Bisceta Al Pepe - £4.95, Branzino Aurora - £2.95, Pollo Milanese - £1.50; payable directly to restaurant.
• Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.
• Table required back after 1 hour 30 minutes.
• Wheelchair access available.
• Children permitted.
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
