• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, valid Mon - Fri 9am - 8pm; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 20 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups can be booked and receive treatment at the same time. Max of 6 per group; subject to availability. Treatments may be carried out at different times throughout the day if required.
• Treatments consist of ESPA personalised facial, back, neck & shoulder massage and scalp massage.
• Treatment can be tailored during pregnancy/breastfeeding; please discuss directly with venue.
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission and confirmation is required from your doctor.
• Treatment duration: approx. 75 mins with 25 mins per treatment.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Includes access to the leisure facilities; pool, steam room, sauna, gym and day bed relaxation area.
• Robes & towels available to hire for a supplementary charge of £5 per person; payable directly to spa.
• Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each.
• Spa rooms are wheelchair accessible.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
