• Voucher is valid until Sun 31 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.
• Excludes 24 – 26, 31 Dec 2018 – 2nd January; 8 – 18 Feb 2019.
• A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 25 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted; option 1 and 2: max of 4 vouchers and Option 3 max of 2 vouchers. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.
• Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.
• Double or twin room available; subject to availability.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 and 3 includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main course from the set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise a time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.
• Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 per child per night inc breakfast; payable directly to hotel.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
