Small print

• Voucher is valid until 31st Mar 2012, 7 days a week; subject to availability.
• Bookings can be made from Mon 6th Feb.
• Check in 1pm, check out 11am.
• Children are permitted at the following rates: up to 3 years, free; 4-5 years £10 charge for breakfast only; 6-12 years £35 charge B&B (1 spare bed per room). Rates are per night - to be arranged with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Pets permitted at an additional £10 per pet per night – to be arranged with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Upgrade to a Master suite for an additional £25 per room per night – to be arranged with and paid directly to the hotel.
• Additional nights available at reduced rates – please contact the hotel directly.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Vouchers cannot be used for consecutive nights stay.
• Please note: babies and small children are not permitted in the dining room for evening meals. The hotel does offer a high tea menu for children and can provide baby listening devices and also arrange a babysitter if required.
• Advanced booking required. The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your stay.
• Vouchers must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
