Return steam train journey departs from Edinburgh Waverley.
The train will be hauled by a steam locomotive on the outward journey and diesel hauled on the return.

Layered clothing is advised as train temperatures can vary.
Suitable for all ages; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.
Family ticket is for 2 adults and 2 children. Children are classed as ages 0 - 16 yrs.
Child standard class tickets are available at a supplement of £30 per child; payable directly to ScotRail.
Standard class: buffet service is available on board for a supplementary charge serving a range of snacks and drinks; payable directly to ScotRail.
First class premier dining tickets include dinner and a glass of Prosecco or orange juice on arrival. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise Scotrail when booking. Menu is subject to change.

Meeting point: Platform information will be displayed on the passenger information boards at Edinburgh Waverley on the day of departure.
It is recommended to arrive 30 mins prior to departure. Failure to arrive on time will result in the ticket being forfeited.
Excursions in Tweedbank are available to book directly at extra cost - please discuss at time of booking.
Ticket does not includes train travel on ScotRail services to and from the steam train.
