Small print

• Members must arrive prompt for allotted time slot. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable time slot can be found in another tour session.
• Entrance and Exit is at the East Gate on Inverleith Row.
• Duration of route approx 1 hour.
• On street parking available with prepaid meters until 5.30pm.
• Members should wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
• Children 0-2yrs are free. Carers (over 16yrs) are free of charge. 
• Children under 16 require a child ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Child tickets available for the 5pm to 7:30pm tours only
• Those with light sensitivity should be aware that there may be areas where there will be flickering or flashing lights at low intensity. 
• Please note that whilst the Glasshouses at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh will be illuminated as part of the event, the buildings will only be viewed externally and will remain closed throughout the show and are not accessible as part of the Botanic Lights event.
• Pets are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs.
• No food, alcoholic drinks, glass or cans may be brought into the Garden. The East Gate Lodge and Terrace Cafe within the Garden will be open during the event with further refreshments available along the trail.
• Wheelchair accessible, please note some paths can be steep and not always flat. 
• Ticket must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers. 
• Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
