- Full day photography workshop for one at The Falkirk Wheel with Solas Photography Workshops
- Spend the day shooting at The Falkirk Wheel on the Forth & Clyde Canal, where the opportunities to extend your knowledge and capture amazing images are endless
- Designed for intermediate to advanced photographers who want to take their photography to a higher level
On this workshop you will learn:
- How to mentally approach a shoot before you even pick up a camera
- How to think about shot selection and finding the shot. How to work through a story or project
- How to deal with difficult lighting situations and to build a digital workflow to get the best from your shoot
On the day:
- The workshop will be located at the unique Falkirk Wheel, the world's only fully rotating boat lift, connecting The Forth & Clyde and The Union Canals
- Using The Blueprint Room - a state of the art conference space and external locations, there will be no shortage of subject matter
- Please bring your camera and any lenses with you on the day & feel free to bring any images to discuss with Peter and Jamie on the day

Solas Photography
- Jamie Simpson and Peter Sandground are two of Scotland’s leading newspaper photographers who are still working full time in the industry with over 50 years of press photography experience
- They are just a couple of hard-working professionals who are passionate about what they do and have photographed Royalty and countless A-list celebrities
