- 1PM: The No and Low Sessions - a masterclass on flavour and perception to elevate your No and Low drinks and the demise of the mocktail!
- 1PM & 3pm: Gin & Chocolate Pairing - an interactive session exploring flavour with Brockmans Gin and quality chocolate
- 2PM: A taste of the Wild Exotic of Scotland - a masterclass on Buck and Birch foraged spirit range from Scotland with a guided walk through the range at how best to use them at home
- 2PM: Espresso Martini - an introduction to Belvedere and this classic cocktail
- 3PM: Let's Get Blended Session - The Evolution of Woven Whisky in three drams with a guided introduction and masterclass of the Woven world
- 4PM: Coffee and Cake Sessions - a masterclass on locally created Coffee Liqueur Cross Brew with a guided walk through on the infamous Espresso Martini… and cake
- 4PM: Botanical Flavours - a whimsical journey through flavour with Edinburgh Gin
- 5PM: Don Papa Rum - an intro to Don Papa

- The event aims to get people to support local business whilst also getting to know the city's best bars and restaurants

- Enjoy relaxed drinks at the different coffee shops, bars and restaurants
- Or dress up in your sparkliest outfit for a night on the town at one of the participating nightclubs - open until 3am!

- Advance booking is not required for the masterclass. Please arrive 10mins prior to session start time.
- Multiple purchases permitted.
- Duration: approx. 30-45mins.
- Suitable for ages 18+
- Line-up is subject to change.
- Wristband is valid from Fri 19 Apr 2024 until Sun 28 Apr 2024, opening times of bars may vary; subject to availability. Once registered tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled. Physical wristbands can be collected from the HUB at Princes Square on 6th or 13th April 12noon-2pm or from 19th April. Digital access can be granted if you are unable to collect. Includes cocktails from the set menu for a price of £8.50-£12 in premium venues; payable directly to venue. Cocktail menu is subject to change.
