- Contains some very scary elements and is not suitable for very young children. Although it is up to the visitor's discretion, we wouldn't recommend bringing children under the ages of 8.
- Children are classed as 15 yrs and below and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Family ticket admits 2 adults and 3 children
- This is an outdoor event, please dress accordingly. The route is mostly in dark, and often slippery conditions so please bring appropriate footwear and be prepared in case of bad weather.
- Afternoon tickets are not valid for this evening event
- The area has very limited wheelchair access as it requires going up and down steps, through narrow and low hanging passageways.
- Advanced booking is not required
- Ticket cannot be used with any other deals or vouchers and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Ticket must be surrendered for redemption
- Ticket is non refundable unless event is cancelled
