• Baked beef wellington topped with spinach mousse, carrot and pea puree and red wine glaze
• Crispy roasted loin of cod with olive crushed potatoes, slow dried tomatoes and parsley veloute 
• Steamed mushroom and chicken roulade, slow dried tomatoes and herb flavoured rosti
