Small print

• One ticket admits one person
• Your itison ticket includes six classes plus on the day access to any sessions where there is availability
• Classes last 1 hr
• Over 16s only
• Doors open at 7.30am and registration can take up to 45 minutes during peak times.  If you do not have any classes until later in the day, registration packs will be available for collection throughout the event.
• Les Mills workouts are designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. You decided how hard you want to push yourself and Les Mills' International Trainer Team will always offer options to suit everyone. You can do as much or as little as you want, but the atmosphere is electric and will keep you motivated for more
• Les Mills will supply all the main equipment that you need, if you are attending a CXWORX™ or BODYBALANCE™ session you may want to bring a mat. We’d also recommend that you bring some snacks and water to keep you going.
• Advanced booking required. 
• Ticket must be surrendered for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
