About this event

• One ticket to a sushi masterclass at Maki & Ramen, Renfield Street
• Learn everything you need to turn yourself from a novice sushi roller to a sushi master, led by expert chef Teddy Lee
• Discover the secrets of sushi making with a demonstration followed by a chance to try everything out yourself!
• Fillet the salmon, create sushi rice and make your own sushi rolling mat
• Then dive in to making salmon avocado rolls, salmon teriyaki rolls, cucumber hosomaki, salmon sashimi and salmon nigiri
