Welcome to Wellness
- Day 1; arrival meet & greet with cacao, deep sleep meditation, followed by a light supper
- Day 2; morning soulfire movement class, full breakfast, group cold water dip (optional), light lunch, motivational workshop, 3 course meal and evening soundbath
- Day 3; full breakfast followed by yoga session and guided walk around Inveraray town
