Will this deal end date be extended due to lockdown?

Hi Sharon,

Thanks for getting in touch.

I can confirm this deal is valid until 25th September 2020. However, I'm happy to let you know this voucher is protected by our itison guarantee. If you can't use your voucher due to the current COVID-19 situation, we'll issue an itison credit to use towards another deal for the next 12 months.

What to expect

  • 8 course dining experience for two

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Apr 2020 until Fri 25 Sept 2020, Tue 6pm - 9pm, Wed & Thur 12noon - 1.30pm and 6pm - 9pm and Fri 12noon - 1.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and 26 May 2020.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 11 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings can only be made through the link provided on the voucher. Bookings cannot be accepted through the Cail Bruich website. Last times listed are last available booking times.

Email and telephone bookings will not be accepted.

Please note that card details are required to confirm booking; no charge will be made to the card at any time.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking or fail to show up for your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max of 2 per person.

Max 2 vouchers per table.

All members of the dining party must order the same dishes.

8 courses: Set menu only; menu is subject to change. 

Members can upgrade to include tasting wines to enhance their experience: These packages start from £30 per person: payable directly to the restaurant.

A supplementary charge may be required for certain dishes and a selection of additional dishes can be added; payable directly to restaurant.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back within 2.5 hours.

Limited wheelchair access; no disabled toilet facilities available.

No babies or children permitted under 8; no children's menu available.

A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all tables

Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Cail Bruich Gift Vouchers.

Vouchers cannot be extended past the expiry date.

Advance booking required or you risk forfeiting your voucher.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
