Hi, will I be able to receive a full refund if the hotel doesn’t have availability for my chosen dates? Only the hotel are not able to tell you availability prior to booking without the voucher codes.

Thank you for the quick reply. I note that we risk forfeiting the voucher. Who's decision is that? I am keen to purchase this deal but nobody can guarantee that covid won't require us to change plans if one of our children has to isolate. Is there discretion to transfer it if so? It is odd that there is a covid guarantee but that it wouldn't apply to this deal. Thanks.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Thu 22 Jul 2021 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 9-12 Sep, 29-31 Oct, 1-14, 20, 22-23, 26-27 Nov and 13-14 Dec 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 30 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Please note card details will be required at time of booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Early check-in 12noon, late check-out 2pm.

Stay in a standard double or twin room.

Rooms can be upgraded to an executive room for a supplementary charge of £30 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes complimentary water and biscuits, newspaper, 10% lunch/dinner discount in the hotel during stay and a complimentary regular Costa coffee per guest.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco on arrival; alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Continental breakfast is currently delivered to your room due to Covid-19.

Max of 1 child permitted per room; children are classed as 12yrs and under. A supplementary charge of £10prpn is required with meals paid for as taken.

No pets permitted except guide dogs.

Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel when booking if a fully accessible room is required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
