Hi I visited on Friday for this deal but never got chocolates to take away? Was there any reason for this? Also, deserts nothing like pictured... they were more fruit/lemon based so quite disappointing

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two with optional glass of Moët Champagne each

Mon - Fri voucher is valid from Mon 2 Mar 2020 until Wed 30 Sept 2020, valid Mon - Fri 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat - Sun.

Sat - Sun voucher is valid from Sun 1 Mar 2020 until Sun 27 Sept 2020, valid Sat - Sun 12noon – 5pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mon - Fri.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Sept 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers per person/table.

Group bookings are permitted; max of 8 will be seated on several low lounge tables; subject to availability.

Afternoon tea only. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Options 2 & 4: Include a glass of Moët Champagne each. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Table required back after 1hr 30mins unless otherwise stated at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
