What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with optional breakfast OR
  • Overnight stay for two with a pizza & choice of drink each and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct until Fri 30 Dec 2022, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7, 10, 12, 14, 16-26, 28, 30 Oct, 2, 5, 10, 17, 19, 20, 27, 29 Nov and 3, 4, 11, 13-20 Dec 2022.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Dec 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only. 

Once booked voucher is non-refundable. You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel or re-schedule within 72 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 3pm, check-out 12noon.

Standard king or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £25 per room per night: payable directly to hotel. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Option 3: Includes a choice of pizza each from the pizza menu only; subject to change. Max of 3 vouchers per table. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking; please note there are no gluten / wheat free options available.

Option 3: Includes an Eden Mill G&T, Cosmopolitan cocktail or pint of WEST beer each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Table may be required back after 1.5 hours. 

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 16 and under and stay free of charge when sharing with parents provided the room has a sufficient number of beds or space for a roll-in bed; please discuss directly with hotel. Please note a supplementary charge of £30 is required for an additional bed; payable directly.

Children ages 12 and under eat breakfast free when accompanied by at least one adult staying at a BB rate and eat dinner free from children's menu when accompanied by at least one adult paying full price for dinner; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 dog up to 15kg permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
