Can the voucher be used on all main menu items? (I.e. the voucher is not just for spending on a restricted set menu?). Also can the voucher be used to cover food and drinks or is it just food?

The information states maximum 2 vouchers / 4 people per table but would 3 people be permitted to use one voucher towards the bill or is the voucher intended to share with 2?

Our vouchers are for usually for two people only, but you're welcome to contact CATCH directly to discuss the possibility of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

Voucher is valid from Wed 1 Mar 2023 until Thu 1 Jun 2023; subject to availability

Giffnock: Valid Sun - Thu 12noon - 8:30pm & Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm.

West End: Valid Mon - Tue 4pm - 8:30pm, Wed - Thu 12noon - 8:30pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 6pm & Sun 2pm - 8:30pm.

Excludes 19 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 18 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Valid for sit-in only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 

Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.

No wheelchair access available at West End. Wheelchair access available at Giffnock.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
