Questions and answers

Hello. The conditions related to this voucher includes one that says "Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table". I was trying to purchase a £60 for a family of 2 adults and 3 children, one of whom is 5 years old. This sounds like a crazy question because this is 5 people but would this offer be acceptable for this family in question, as a 5 year old doesn't obviously eat much!

I'm afraid this particular deal only allows 4 people per table.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Fri 2 Jun 2023 until Thu 31 Aug 2023; subject to availability

Giffnock: Valid Sun - Thu 12noon - 8:30pm & Fri - Sat 12noon - 4pm.

West End: Valid Mon - Thu 12noon - 8.30pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 6pm and Sun 2pm - 8.30pm.

Excludes 18 June 2023.

Voucher must be booked 24hrs in advance by Thu 24 Aug 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Valid for sit-in only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table. 

Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 1hr 30 mins.

No wheelchair access available at West End. Wheelchair access available at Giffnock.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
