• Option 1: Voucher is valid from Sat 2 Nov 2019 until Mon 27 Jan 2019, Mon 1pm – 6pm, Fri & Sat 8am – 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Tue - Thur & Sun.
• Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sun 3 Nov 2019 until Mon 27 Jan 2020, Sun - Fri; Mon 8am – 4pm, Tue & Fri 8am – 7pm, Wed 8am – 2pm, Thur 8am – 6pm, Sun 12noon – 4pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays.
• Excludes 24 - 26 Dec 2019 & 1 - 3 Jan 2020.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 6 Jan 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Email bookings only.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases not permitted.
• Over 18s only.
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.
• Treatments can be adapted to suit pregnancy/breastfeeding.
• A note from consultant is required for cancer treatment/remission.
• Consultation will be carried out before all treatments.
• Option 1: sports or deep tissue massage.
• Option 2: sports or deep tissue massage plus acupuncture session.
• Duration: approx 1hr. Includes consultation time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile phone or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival to avoid disappointment.  
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
