Thanks for getting in touch!

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

How long does it take for the voucher code to come through?

It should only take a couple of minutes for your vouchers to come through but alternatively, just head to https://www.itison.com/my/complete_orders to view your orders.

What to expect

One, two or four adult or child entries with a choice of two activities from rock climbing, Skypark or The Drop

Voucher is valid Mon 20 May 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019; 7 days 11am - 8pm; subject to availability. 

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking.

Please note refunds or rebookings are not offered if member decides not to complete an activity.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 7+.

Two activities duration: approx. 1 hr; activities must be chosen at time of booking.

Three activities duration: approx. 1 hr 30mins.

All session durations are inclusive of kitting up time (approx. 10 mins at the start and 5 mins at the end).

Please arrive around 10 minutes before your start time to check-in; latecomers may not be able to join in.

Due to the varying ages and abilities on the session, only one round on each chosen activity is permitted.

Max of 8 people per group.

Moderate fitness level required.

Not suitable for during pregnancy, those with a heart complaint, spinal injury, weak spine or any other medical condition which may be exacerbated by the use of these activities.

Max weight: 120kg (approx. 18.5 stone)

Light comfortable clothing is recommended and footwear is provided; no skirts permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
