Thanks for getting in touch, although I’m really sorry you’re having trouble placing your order.

I’ve had a look and I'm afraid your recent order attempt failed at the 3D Secure stage, which is sadly controlled by your bank. We sometimes find though that the problem isn't actually down to your bank, and it's instead a compatibility issue with your browser or device.

If you're still looking to order this deal, I’d suggest trying again on another computer or device. You’ll know straight away if the transaction goes through as you’ll see a page confirming your order has been successful.

If it helps at all, I'm happy to let you know we have an itison app for Apple devices which can be downloaded from the App Store for free. You might find you'll be able to sign in and view deals without any trouble there.

Can I check availability before I buy? There’s 6 of us for afternoon tea plus a child who’d probably order something else off the menu. We could do 20th or 21st May. Would that be possible?

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Apr 2023 until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Mon - Fri 12noon, 1.45pm & 3.30pm and Sat - Sun 12noon only; subject to availability.

Excludes 8, 9 Apr 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only. No telephone bookings will be accepted.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 per person.

Max of 4 vouchers per table. Maximum of 8 people per group.

Afternoon tea menu only; subject to change.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Please note a 35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.

Includes unlimited choice of tea or coffee per person.

Table required back by 1hr 30mins.

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City only; please advise restaurant when booking.

No wheelchair access available at Renfield Street.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
