Being new not sure how this works do I buy the voucher and hope to get booked or do you book the hotel and then buy voucher ?

All bookings should be discussed directly with the hotel - you're welcome to speak to the hotel prior to purchase but you'll require your voucher to secure the booking.

Otherwise, if you're unable to secure the booking of you choice, a full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Is there disabled facilities ie shower and disabled access with this deal

The hotel have advised they have a room on the 2nd floor with a shower which may be suitable - there is a lift to this floor, but if you require to discuss details of the room and hotel prior to purchase they'd be happy to clarify this further.

Overnight stay for two with breakfast and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Mon 7 Aug 2017 until Tue 31 Oct 2017, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 23 - 27 Aug 2017.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Oct 2017 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 72 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability, please discuss directly with hotel.

Check in from 2pm - 10pm, late check-out by 12noon.

Double or twin standard rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per night: premier room £15 or clan room £20; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 3 includes 3 course dinner from set menu on the first evening only; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking.

Free onsite parking available; subject to availability.

Max of 1 child permitted; ages 12 and under require a supplementary charge of £10 per night, ages 12+ require a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel. Ages 16+ are classed as adults.

No pets permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
