Is it possible to get a voucher for 3 people??
It’s always afternoon tea for two people? But three of us wanting to go? Or do you even do one for four people and we could use that???

Our vouchers are for two people only, but you're welcome to contact Cup directly to discuss the possibility and cost of adding a third person to your booking and they'll be happy to advise.

When is the voucher valid

I'm happy to let you know these vouchers can be used as follows:

Merchant City: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, valid 7 days, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes 25 & 26 Dec 2018.

Renfield Street: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, Sun - Fri, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 25 & 26 Dec 2018.

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking online immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

Merchant City: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, valid 7 days, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes 25 & 26 Dec 2018.

Renfield Street: Voucher is valid from Thur 28 Nov 2019 until Tue 31 Dec 2019, Sun - Fri, valid for sittings 12noon, 1.45pm, 3.30pm; subject to availability. Excludes Saturdays and 25 & 26 Dec 2018.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 10 Dec 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Online bookings only. 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.  

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 4 vouchers permitted.

Max of 4 vouchers per table.

Festive afternoon tea menu only. Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free, vegan and dairy free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

£5 supplement per person applies for gluten free afternoon tea requests; payable to Cup directly.

Please note £0.35p charge will apply for takeaway boxes.

Includes a choice of a gin & tonic, a 125ml glass of wine (red, white or rose), a 125ml glass of mulled wine, a 125ml glass of Prosecco or a bottled beer per person. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Table required back after 90 mins.  

Wheelchair access available at Merchant City; please advise restaurant at time of booking to arrange.

No wheelchair access available in Renfield Street.

Children permitted; alcohol permitted to over 18s only.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.  

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
