Hi I’ve bought a voucher and thought it was for 2 children but looks like it’s just one. Can I buy the same vouchers again for 1 hr session for 3 activities at Climbzone please?

I would like to try this with my grand daughter together as she’s shown an interest on doing this last year. Is this possible? Would like to open her eyes to other things and away from her iPad.

Does this have to be completed over a 4 week period or can you spread the course out over, for example, 8 weeks.

I'm happy to let you know the bouldering course introduction lasts approx. 30 mins followed by independent climbing time in the bouldering area.

The introduction to climbing course consists of 2 x 3hr sessions that must be completed over a period of 4 weeks.

What to expect

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023; subject to availability. 

Centre is open Mon - Fri 10am - 10pm & Sat - Sun 9am - 6pm. Course times will vary, please refer to the bouldering and the introduction course booking calendars for exact times.

Excludes 25-26 Dec 2022 & 1 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Sun 16 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 96 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Bouldering course: suitable for ages 16yrs+. Induction lasts approx. 30 mins followed by independent climbing time in the bouldering area.

Introduction to climbing course: suitable for ages 16yrs+. Consists of 2 x 3hr sessions that must be completed over a period of 4 weeks.

Max weight: 120kg.

Max number of 6 people per session.

Practical and comfortable clothing is recommended. Skirts and dresses are not advised.

All technical equipment is supplied including climbing shoes if required.

Registration at GCC allows participants to climb whenever they wish for an admission fee, subject to passing an assessment at the end of the course.

No wheelchair access available. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
