• Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, Sun – Fri; subject to availability.
• Excludes Saturdays and 31 Jan, 2, 7, 9, 13, 14, 21, 28 Feb, 1 - 2, 6, 12 - 14, 19 - 20, 27, 29 - 30 Mar 2020.
• A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Friday stays; payable directly to hotel.
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 31 Jan 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.
• Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.
• Classic double or twin room available.
• Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: superior room - £20, deluxe room - £30, suite - £50, Eden suite - £100; payable directly to hotel.
• Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.
• Option 2 & 3: Include a 2 course dinner (choice of starter & main only) from set menu; subject to change. Option 3 is valid for dinner on the first night only. Vegetarian / gluten / wheat options are available on request.
• Max of 2 children permitted; a supplementary charge of £25 per child is required which includes an upgrade to a family room, dinner and breakfast; payable directly to hotel. Children are classed as age 15 and under.
• No pets permitted.
• Wheelchair access available; please advise hotel at time of booking if adapted room is required.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
