Some friends and I have a itison voucher from a cancellation during lockdown. We have a specific date when we want to visit but the itison website is asking me for payment before I check availability. How do I know if I book that there will definitely be availablity at the hotel on those dates? I tried ringing the hotel but they said this is an issue with you. Thanks
